Winter Solstice 2015 Lesson
The Sun is almost near its southern journey this year. On December 22nd, the shortest day of the year will be here, marking the beginning of winter. We’ll average around 8 hours of sunlight and 16 hours of night.
In this lesson, you’ll find a complete diagram of the Winter Solstice with a hand-drawn watercolor diagram of the earth and the sun. You’ll also find a black and white version you can print at home along with some simple answers to frequently asked questions about the Winter Solstice.
